At The Sherwood Clinic, Harrow our chartered experienced physiotherapists in Women’s health lead the classes and guide you for exercises, Pilates. Our experienced British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher takes Yoga sessions. The Pilates and Yoga both can be 1:1 sessions or in a small class set up.
The classes are available for both the novice and experienced, we tailor the exercises to suit your individual fitness needs and abilities. Each class is for one hour and includes both cardiovascular fitness and strength training.
The pilates session has a particular focus on core stability and pelvic floor training, the muscles you need to support your growing baby, and your changing body.
Pregnancy yoga would help you to learn techniques to have a more positive birth experience. It helps you to connect with your baby, relax and instill a sense of joy and inner peace.
To gain the full benefit, we advise that you attend at least once a week. The classes need to be pre-booked.
