Facilities

We have access for wheelchair users.
Assessment and treatments are carried out in individual treatment rooms. A spacious, well-equipped gymnasium is available for supervised exercise sessions and workshops.

• You may be accompanied during consultation or treatment sessions if you so wish.
• If you specifically need a male or a female therapist we will be able to arrange this for you.
• Our flexible working hours allow you to seek treatment before or after work and also on Saturdays.
• We do not have waiting lists, you can be seen in a moment.

Gym

You may choose to exercise in the gym before you commence work, during lunchtime, or after you finish work. Changing and Shower facilities are available.

Payment Options

You can pay by cheque, cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Switch).
The Sherwood Clinic is a recognized provider for all major private health insurers including BUPA and PPP. If you are insured, you will be reimbursed using the fee notes issued by us. We can also invoice directly to the major insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company to obtain the authorization number.
Do check the terms and conditions of your health cover policy. It may be necessary to obtain the appropriate authorization to confirm your coverage for the full cost of treatment. Please remember, you are responsible for the payment of any excess on your policy.
